01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of Myrix Learn, operated by Myrix Labs. By creating an account or using Myrix Learn you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Last updated: 3 October 2026.
02Who Can Use Myrix Learn
Anyone preparing for school, board or competitive exams can use Myrix Learn. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must approve your account. By approving, they accept these Terms on your behalf and are responsible for your use of the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account.
03Your Uploads
You may upload books, notes and other material only if you own them or have the right to use them for your own study. You keep all rights to what you upload. You allow us to store and process it only to provide Myrix Learn to you, for example to create questions, explanations and revision from it. We do not share your uploads with other students.
04Fair Use
To keep Myrix Learn fair for everyone, you agree not to:
- Use more than one account, or share your account, to gain an advantage in All-India mocks or plan limits.
- Cheat in contests, for example by sharing questions or answers while a contest is open or taking it for someone else.
- Copy, scrape, resell or republish our questions, papers or content.
- Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
- Disrupt, reverse-engineer or try to break into the service or other users' accounts.
05AI-Generated Content
Myrix Learn uses AI to create questions, mark written answers, explain solutions and run voice sessions. We check questions before you see them, but AI can still make mistakes. Treat AI feedback as practice guidance, not as official answers, and confirm anything important with your teachers, textbooks or the official syllabus. You can report a question you think is wrong from the test review screen.
06Practice, Scores and Ranks
Tests, scores, percentiles and ranks on Myrix Learn are for practice only. They do not predict or guarantee your result in any real exam. Myrix Learn is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CBSE, NTA, any state board or any other exam body. We may remove contest attempts that break these Terms from the leaderboard.
07Plans and Payments
Some features need a paid plan. Prices and limits are shown on our pricing page before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; contact us if something went wrong.
08Our Content
Myrix Learn's software, design, question bank and other content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation while your account is active.
09Disclaimer and Liability
We work to keep Myrix Learn accurate and available, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam results, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
10Suspension and Termination
You can stop using Myrix Learn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, and where possible we will tell you why first.
11Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them from time to time and will tell you about material changes. Questions? Write to [email protected].
